    CASIC, strategically guided by “informationization, socialization, marketization and internationalization” development, strives to thoroughly implement the “1+2+3+4+5+N” strategic approach for transformation and upgrading, give full swing to the “54321” strategic initiatives, and continues to optimize the structure of product (business), capital (assets) and human (intellectuals) resources, i.e. the three Breakthroughs; and also gives full play to the functional role of the “Mass Entrepreneurship & Innovation” as a strategic tool, and makes efforts to become a world first-class aerospace defense corporation and embarks on a new journey to a world-class corporation with global competitiveness.

    To preliminarily become a world first-class aerospace defense corporation by 2020;

    To comprehensively become a world first-class aerospace defense corporation by 2025;

    To preliminarily become a world-class corporation with global competitiveness by 2035;

    To comprehensively become a world-class corporation with global competitiveness by the middle of the 21st century.

     

    Strategic thought: 1+2+3+4+5+N

     

    CASIC determines a general idea of “one main industry and two supporting industries”; carries out the cost project for aerospace defense industry and the value project for civil industry; takes the three linking measures, namely linking the total wages growth rate with the total profi t growth rate, linking investment with EVA, and linking the number of new labor relations with the labor productivity of all the staff; implements the strategic plan and strategic measures of ransformation and upgrading for both the aerospace defense industry and the civil industry; takes the strategic measures of expanding the channels for employee growth and stimulating talents potential and sets up the security supervision system program; and promotes fi ve signifi cant leading projects and a major special project, as well as completes demonstration and approval of a number of key innovation projects.
